Sickening VIDEO: shows young girl on leash like a Dog in the park

Alexey Vlaskin, from Ekaterinburg, the fourth largest city in Russia, said: "I watched them for ten minutes, the child ran around on all fours. Very skilfully, I would have said."


"I saw this in the park on July 20 in the afternoon. I was walking around the football field and came across this strange scene" he said, reports The Siberian Times.

Police spokesman Valery Gorelykh said: "The video will be studied by specialists of the Juvenile Affairs Service."

It is claimed other children came up and hand-fed the girl, reported to be as young as five,  as she walked on all fours

The video has also been seen by the police and child welfare charities.
