A leaked photo of Bobbi Kristina Brown lying in her casket during a family viewing has reportedly been sold for more than $100,000. The photo of Whitney Houston’s 22-year-old daughter, who died last week after being in a coma for six months, is said to be reminiscent of the photo of Whitney in her casket, according to TMZ.
When the legendary singer died in 2012, a coffin photo of her was leaked to the press. Confidenti@l has also learned the National Enquirer sent a handful of reporters to Atlanta with “fistfuls of cash” for stories from anyone close to Brown, because they anticipated this cover story to be as big as the one for Houston’s death. That was one of the Enquirer’s top-selling issues ever, as the tab splashed the photo of the singer in her coffin on the front page with the headline, “Whitney: The Last Photo.”
“Reporters couldn’t get into the funeral” for Brown, “but that didn’t stop them from trying to pay for pictures,” a source tells us. Making matters worse, the Brown and the Houston families are still at war. After Brown’s sister Leolah was booted during the funeral, she spoke to reporters outside the church, dissing Whitney’s sister, Pat, calling her “a fraud and a phony.” Alicia Etheredge, the wife of Bobbi Kristina’s dad, Bobby Brown, was rushed to the hospital in an anbulance after suffering a seizure following the funeral.
