Her family have been gathering in Las Vegas as Khloe Kardashian's ex husband Lamar Odom battles for his life in hospital.
And while Khloe's sister Kendall Jenner is thousands of miles away in London, the 19-year-old clearly had her former brother-in-law on her mind as she left a photo shoot on Friday.
The model looked emotional as she hurried out of the studio, in what is the first sighting of the teen since ex NBA star Lamar was rushed to hospital on Tuesday after overdosing on drugs during a four-day bender at a Nevada brothel.
Kendall was dressed down in a pair of grey sweatpants and sneakers, adding a long black coat over the top as she left the shoot with an assistant.
The teenager hid behind some dark shades, and had her hair tied back into a simple ponytail after a long day on set.

Carrying a number of bags to her waiting car, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star looked subdued as she hurried inside.
Kendall was in Shanghai for fashion week when Lamar collapsed on Tuesday, jetting to London shortly afterwards amid reports she's planning to fly to Las Vegas this week once she's completed her work commitments, to support elder sister Khloe.
The model was the first family member to post on social media following the news, tweeting on Wednesday 'please don't go.'
Khloe hasn't left her former husband's bedside since flying to Vegas' Sunrise Hospital on Tuesday, hours after Lamar was found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch brothel in Pahrump, Nevada, following a reported $75,000 bender.
E! News - which airs the Kardashains reality show - revealed earlier that Lamar said 'Hi" to Khloe when he opened his eyes, and gave her a thumbs up.
This follows similar reports from several other outlets that Lamar had opened his eyes and asked to see his kids.
A source at the hospital told Entertainment Tonight that Lamar opened his eyes and was somehow able to communicate 'yes' when asked if he wanted to see his daughter Destiny and son Lamar Jr.
